When will I receive my ID card?

You will be emailed a link to your individual enrollment package upon completion of enrollment and payment processing. The enrollment package will include your Certificate of Coverage and I.D. cards. 

The Client Portal Gives clients the access to: Update phone #’s, change mailing address, add or delete dependents, review products, add or edit payments, and review payment history. The URL for the secure Client Website is: https://my.mwadmin.com/ .

When will my Monthly Charge be deducted?

Your checking account/ credit card will be drafted on the 18th of the month.

What is my policy number?

Your policy number will be your social security number.  But it will not be found on your I.D. card, for security reasons.

How can I locate in-network providers?

In-network providers can be found by visiting www.myrenproviders.com.
